Trainer Night - Wednesdays @Wappingers
Indoor trainers give you a great workout and they're fun, too! You'll maintain your health and the weather and short days won't curtail your riding.
Every Wednesday night at the Wappingers Falls store we have a group trainer ride. Just bring your bike- we provide the trainer, the workout video, and a great group environment. We start a 7pm -call ahead to reserve spot(463-RIDE)
